Job Description Counsellor shall be responsible for counselling and helping Corporate Executive aspirants Register for various Executive Education Programmes from various institutes that UCS is associated with.

Counsellor shall set aside 6-8 hours of time across the day for Tele Counselling leads generated for Candidate Acquisition.

Counsellor shall be available for Outbound calling and reaching out to new assigned as well as accumulated leads by committing to a defined TAT of calling 110-130 leads every day within the stipulated time lines of calling.

Counsellor shall also be responsible for ensuring that at least 10% of Eligible and valid leads counselled, Register for the various Executive Education Programmes from various institutes that UCS is associated with.

Counsellor shall be responsible for referring and arranging meetings with other reference Candidates, guiding them to visit VCNow Centers to understand and experience the platform and ensure Selected Candidates participate in the interviews of the Prospects with “UCS”. And pay the first instalment fees.

Counsellor must aim at ensuring first instalment paid by 75% of the Selected Candidates to fully completed application posting as per targets assigned by UCS and as per required terms of the Institute.

Counsellor shall ensure proper hand holding of interested leads to help them submit their completed applications including application fees, necessary eligibility document uploads such as education certificates and work experience documents and, Statement of Purpose (SOP) and Candidate profile.

Counsellor shall guide aspirants on format of learning, timelines, USPs and all other aspects of the concerned programme.

Counsellor shall furnish summary report to UCS on performance of counselling services mentioned above at the end of each week.

Counsellor shall be available to receive inbound calls from various ads / promos as required

Counsellor shall contribute towards effort in collection of instalments through calling and counselling for ongoing batches.

Counsellor shall attend product briefing sessions, status reviews, webinars organized through audio call or Video Conference from time to time

Counsellor shall work cohesively with the Virtual Classroom National team towards a single aim of quality batch formation for all Institutes associated.
