Job Description – Tele Caller(Female Only)
Position: Tele Caller Institute: I.T.S College of Professional Studies, Greater Noida
Job Overview:
The Tele Caller will be responsible for handling admission inquiries, providing information
about the institute’s courses, and assisting in the admission process through outbound and
inbound calls. The role requires excellent communication skills and a customer-centric
approach to engage with prospective students and parents effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to inform them about the
institute’s courses, admission process, and other details.
Handle inbound inquiries from students, parents, and guardians regarding admissions,
course details, and fee structure.
Follow up with interested students to convert inquiries into enrolments.
Maintain a record of student inquiries, calls, and follow-ups in the database.
Provide detailed and accurate information about the institute’s programs, eligibility
criteria, scholarships, and admission deadlines.
Coordinate with the admissions team to facilitate the enrollment process.
Assist in organizing webinars, admission counselling sessions, and open house events.
Address queries, concerns, and objections professionally and provide appropriate
solutions.
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and enrollments.
Ensure excellent customer service by building strong relationships with potential
students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: Graduate (Bachelor’s degree in any discipline).
Excellent verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
Good convincing and persuasion skills.
Ability to handle student inquiries patiently and professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) and CRM software is a plus.
Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Target-driven and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
