Salary: Up to 40k CTC plus incentives

Shift: Day Shift Rotational
Working Days: 6 Days
Qualification: Graduate
Candidates should be fluent in English.
Responsibilities:
Identify and reach out to potential students through calls, emails, or chat to introduce academic programs, courses, or services.
Engage in consultative sales, understanding the academic needs of students and matching them with the most suitable educational programs.
Conduct product demonstrations, webinars, and information sessions for prospective students and parents.
Convert leads into enrolled students through persuasive and consultative sales tactics.
Provide personalized academic counseling to students based on their interests, career goals, and academic background.
Skills:
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport and understand the needs of students and parents.
Consultative sales approach with the ability to understand educational requirements and match them with suitable programs.
Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and MS Office Suite.
Knowledge of educational systems, courses, and the academic counseling process.
