Key Responsibilities 🧭
Student Counselling & Consultation
● Speak to aspiring students and understand their goals, dreams, and motivations.
● Offer meaningful guidance about the PGDME program and its value for entrepreneurial careers.
● Build trust and help students (and parents) make confident decisions. 🤝 Parent Interaction & Support
● Communicate the benefits of an entrepreneurship education to parents. ● Address concerns and explain how MIDAS is different from traditional B-Schools. 📄 Application & Admission Process
● Guide students through the entire admission journey — from eligibility to interviews and enrollment.
● Ensure documentation and follow-ups are smooth and timely. 🔁 Relationship Management & Follow-ups
● Maintain warm, ongoing communication with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
● Answer queries, nurture interest, and build strong rapport with students and parents. 📊 Reporting & CRM Updates
● Keep detailed records of conversations and application stages in the CRM.
● Share insights with the admissions and marketing team for better strategies.

Skills:
