Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales (both inbound and outbound), excellent communication skills, and a passion for the EdTech industry. This role is performance-driven and targets-focused, and will require handling customer queries, driving sales conversions, and managing both B2B and B2C sales processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound/Outbound Calling: Handle inbound and outbound calls, engaging with prospective clients to generate leads and close sales.
Lead Generation & Qualification: Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for further sales engagement.
Sales Conversion: Drive revenue by converting prospects into customers, ensuring sales targets are met on a regular basis.
Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high satisfaction levels and repeat business.
B2B/B2C Sales: Engage with both business clients (B2B) and individual clients (B2C) to promote our products and services.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Sales Process Management: Follow up with clients through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely closures and ensuring quality customer service.
Product Knowledge: Stay updated on our products, services, and offerings to effectively pitch solutions to clients.
Customer Feedback & Handling Objections: Address customer queries, resolve concerns, and handle objections to ensure smooth sales processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure sales goals are met.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in inside sales, preferably in the EdTech sector or related fields.
Skills:
Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
Ability to handle high-pressure sales situations and meet targets.
Experience in B2B and B2C sales is a must.
Proven track record of achieving sales goals and quotas.
Knowledge of sales CRM tools is a plus.
Education: Any graduate (preferably in sales, marketing, or related fields).
