Designation: Admission Counselor(Student Counselor)
Key Responsibilities:
• Help students understand eligibility criteria, admission process, and scholarships in BBA- Logistics program, its career opportunities, and industry demand
• Guide students in choosing the specialzed course logistics within logistics.
• Track student inquiries and convert potential leads into enrolled students.
• Assist in reducing dropouts by ensuring a smooth admission process.
• Assist students in filling out applications and submitting required documents.
• Ensure students meet deadlines for application and enrollment.
• Verify and cross-check submitted documents for completeness.
• Conduct school/college visits, career fairs, and educational seminars to promote the program.
• Work with the marketing team to create engaging content for social media, brochures, and email campaigns.
• Work with faculty, finance, and administration teams to assist students.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance outreach efforts.
• Maintain detailed records of student inquiries, applications, and conversions.
• Prepare reports on admission trends, lead conversion rates, and outreach program success.
• Ensure admissions meet university and UGC regulations.
• Keep student information confidential and secure.
