- Guide prospective students through the admission process, from inquiry to enrollment.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about designing courses offered by the university.
- Address queries and concerns of students and their families professionally and empathetically.
- Follow up on leads and maintain a detailed database of prospects.
- Assist in organizing admission events, including open houses, workshops, and webinars.
- Collaborate with the Admission Manager to meet team targets.
