Interview Details: - Face to Face / Walk In - Interview timings - Reach by 2.30 pm and complete all rounds by 6.30 pm. - We do not have virtual interviews, please do not apply if you are not able to visit our office in HSR Layout, Bangalore .
Responsibilities:
Initiate outbound sales calls to connect with individuals and businesses interested in our upskilling courses.
Cultivate meaningful relationships with prospects to determine their specific skill enhancement goals.
Articulate the value proposition of our upskilling courses effectively through compelling communication techniques.
Provide insight into course offerings, pricing structures, and any available promotions or incentives.
Exceed monthly sales targets by converting leads into satisfied customers who are enthusiastic about advancing their skills.
Follow up diligently via phone or email to address inquiries and provide personalized assistance throughout the purchasing process.
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to identify promising leads generated from various channels including events and digital campaigns.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using advanced CRM software for seamless management.
Qualifications:
- Demonstrated proficiency in inside sales or Business development (preferably within an educational/training context).
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; adept at engaging prospects over the phone or through written correspondence.
- Strong interpersonal abilities; adept at establishing rapport quickly across diverse backgrounds.
- Self-motivated individual who thrives in a dynamic environment while also fostering a collaborative team spirit when needed.
- Firm familiarity with CRM tools for managing customer interactions (e.g., Salesforce).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree mandatory
