As an Admission Counsellor - Inside Sales, you will play a crucial role in recruiting prospective students. Your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential students, provide information about courses, and guide them through the admission process.
Counsel prospective students on various UG & PG courses.
Engage with students via data calling and online chat to provide admission guidance.
Advise students on course selection and admission procedures.
Handle inquiries via telephone and walk-ins.
Convert leads into enrollments and achieve admission targets.
Maintain student records and follow-up databases.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth admission processing.
Education: Graduation is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 6 months in sales, preferably in education or a related industry.
Age Limit: Up to 32 years.
Good English communication skills are mandatory.
Strong sales and persuasion skills.
Customer-centric approach with a focus on student support.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
