Recruitment and Management :

·         Identify and Recruit:

Identify potential life insurance advisors/agents and actively recruit them. 

·         Team Building:

Build and manage a team of advisors/agents, often through personal references. 

·         Training and Development:

Provide ongoing training and development to advisors/agents to enhance their skills and knowledge of products and market trends. 

·         Motivation and Performance Management:

Motivate advisors/agents to achieve sales targets and conduct regular performance reviews. 

·         Supervision:

Supervise the activity plan of agents to ensure they are meeting targets. 

·         Career Progression:

Promote agents to join career progression programs within the organization.
