1. Primary Responsibilities:
a) Driving SFDC Adoption
Ø Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely capture and update of required lead details in SFDC (Walk-in, telephonic, online, events)
Ø Submit the booking amount paid by the customer and update the same on SFDC with VIN number allocation
Ø Confirm availability of required vehicle type against allocated VIN number
Ø Update the new vehicle expected arrival time and delivery date agreed with the customer on SFDC
Ø Generate and share Performa Invoice and Final Invoice and update the same on SFDC
Ø Manage the booking cancellation process as required at the system level
Ø Facilitate the process of collection of payments and documents for finance on a case to case basis
b) Sales & Delivery Support
Ø Take all possible actions and coordinate with relevant teams at the dealership and Audi India to ensure timely allocation and delivery of the car against the VIN number allocation
Ø Ensure timely dispatch of stock billing request to Audi India, and track delivery status of in-transit vehicles
Ø Synthesize data from SFDC and other sources to create daily, weekly and monthly reports for the purpose of sales team review
Ø Trigger and coordinate PDI with the Service team and ensure preparation and completion of all necessary documentation for new vehicle handover to the customer
Ø Manage all required formalities for insurance and registration of demo cars and courtesy cars

Ø % Number Of Sales Consultants registered on SFDC
Ø Warranty\EW Punching TAT post Metal Out
Ø SFAI Scores
Ø % of TD\Curtesy cars with insurance
Ø Database Management
Ø Quality and accuracy of reports
Ø No of delay in deliveries because of PDIs
