Greet walk-in customers and understand their car buying requirements
Explain features, specifications, and pricing of available car models
Offer test drives and assist in vehicle selection
Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into bookings
Handle documentation related to booking, registration, and delivery
Meet monthly sales targets and maintain CRM updates
Coordinate with the finance and insurance team for loan and policy closures
Maintain strong customer relationships to generate referrals
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Confident and persuasive attitude
Knowledge of vehicles and current market trends
Basic computer and CRM knowledge
Fluency in English and local language (Kannada preferred)
12th Pass / Graduate (Any stream)
Freshers or candidates with experience in automobile or retail sales preferred
Two-wheeler with license
