Insurance Sales through Asset Channel:
Cross-selling life insurance to clients of the asset management or wealth management division.
Tapping into existing HNI/affluent client base for insurance needs.
Client Relationship Management:
Maintain and strengthen relationships with assigned clients.
Provide tailored life insurance solutions based on client risk profiles and financial goals.
Partner Engagement:
Work closely with Relationship Managers (RMs) of Aditya Birla Capital (or partnered banks/NBFCs).
Train and motivate RMs to pitch life insurance products.
Lead Management:
Follow up with leads provided by the asset channel partners.
Conduct need-based selling and ensure high-quality conversions.
Product Knowledge:
Be well-versed with ABSLI’s suite of life insurance products.
Ensure regulatory compliance while advising clients.
Reporting & Targets:
Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Provide regular updates and reports to the zonal or regional manager.
