As we scale our footprint in both retail and e-commerce, we’re looking for a passionate Business Developer who can accelerate our vision and open new avenues for growth.
Business Development & Partnerships
Identify, pitch, and close B2B and B2C sales partnerships
Scout new dealer/distributor opportunities across India
Collaborate with event sponsors, brands, and nutrition partners
Develop and maintain relationships with cycling clubs, fitness influencers, and communities
Sales Strategy & Execution
Drive revenue growth through offline retail and online platforms
Identify high-potential customer segments
Support pricing, bundling, and promotional strategies
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct competitive analysis and track trends in the cycling and sports industry
Recommend new products and market expansion opportunities
Event & Campaign Involvement
Support the team in managing and promoting FCC Racing™ events like Jaipur Rush XCO, FCC Kids Races, etc.
Represent FCC Racing™ at cycling expos, local rides, and community events
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus)
Prior experience in sales, partnerships, or business development (sports or lifestyle industry preferred)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
Passion for cycling, fitness, or outdoor sports is a big bonus
Willingness to travel (occasionally) for events and partner visits
