BizFoc Business Solutions Private Limited is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with potential clients, and contribute to the growth of the company’s CA and CS compliance services.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and offering tailored solutions.
Promote the company's services related to CA and CS compliance, including professional tax, GST, company registration, and financial consulting.
Prepare and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and sales pitches.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients.
Collaborate with internal teams, including finance, legal, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as set by the management.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and regulatory changes to identify new business opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipeline, and deal closures in the CRM system.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (preferably in financial, legal, or compliance services).
Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
Knowledge of CA and CS services, compliance regulations, and financial solutions is an advantage.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets in a competitive environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and business development software.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
