Key Responsibilities:
Engage with potential clients in the US market through chat support only
Clearly and effectively showcase company products and services to meet client needs.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups using CRM tools.
Understand client requirements and offer tailored solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.
