Full job description:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our team for a UK-based Energy process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, promoting our products/services, and closing sales. The role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
· Make outbound calls to potential customers in the UK market.
· Understand customer needs and offer appropriate products/services.
· Follow up on leads and conduct thorough follow-ups to close deals.
· Maintain a strong understanding of company products and services.
· Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
· Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
· Handle objections and negotiate effectively.
· Provide excellent customer service to build lasting relationships.
· Adhere to all company policies and compliance guidelines.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience:
· 12+ months of outbound sales experience in any international process (UK, US & Australia).
Education:
· High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Sales, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
· Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
· Ability to handle rejections and maintain a positive attitude.
· Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office tools.
· Ability to work in UK Shift.
