Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and results-driven Telesales/Chat Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. As part of our customer service and sales team, you will be responsible for engaging with potential customers through calls, chat, and other communication channels, introducing them to our services, and converting leads into satisfied clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling & Chat Sales: Reach out to leads via phone calls, emails, and live chat to promote and sell our health and wellness services.
Product Knowledge: Effectively communicate and demonstrate the value of Mantra Care’s services, ensuring prospects understand the benefits of our offerings.
Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify prospects through direct engagement, determining their needs and matching them with suitable services.
Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by converting inquiries into successful sales.
Follow-up: Consistently follow up with potential leads who have shown interest in services, keeping them engaged and pushing towards a decision.
Customer Support: Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries, resolving issues, and offering solutions in a timely and professional manner.
CRM Management: Accurately update and manage customer interactions in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, customer support, and other teams to optimize the sales process and customer experience.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience in telesales, telemarketing, or chat sales, preferably in the healthcare or wellness industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Goal-oriented and able to work under pressure to meet sales targets.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales tracking software is a plus.
