Identify, source, and recruit suitable candidates for agency roles
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
Drive business through effective sales techniques and lead conversion
Foster strong relationships with both clients and recruits
Achieve recruitment and sales targets on a regular basis
Train, guide, and support new team members to ensure their success
Maintain daily reporting and activity tracking
Participate in training sessions and upskilling programs
Bachelor's degree in any field (Commerce/Finance/Management preferred)
0–2 years of experience in recruitment, business development, or sales
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Leadership qualities and willingness to mentor others
Self-motivated and target-driven
Ability to work independently and in a team
