We’re looking for a passionate and persuasive D2C Sales – BDEto guide prospective learners through their upskilling journey. This is a consultative sales role focused on understanding student needs and offering the right learning solutions. If you love helping people grow and can drive results in a fast-paced sales environment, this role is for you.
Handle incoming leads and follow up via calls, WhatsApp, and emails.
Understand learner aspirations and career goals to recommend suitable programs.
Drive enrollments through effective counseling and consultative sales strategies.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
Build strong relationships with prospective learners by providing accurate information and excellent customer service.
Maintain detailed records of interactions and conversions on CRM tools.
Work closely with marketing and support teams to improve conversion funnels.
1–3 years of experience in D2C sales or telesales (EdTech or B2C preferred).
Strong communication and convincing skills in English and Hindi.
High energy, result-oriented, and target-driven.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Comfortable working with CRM software and digital communication tools.
