You'll be the bridge between our expert compliance services and the businesses that need them, driving our sales efforts and contributing to our continued success.
Responsibilities:
Sales Development: Uncover new business opportunities through innovative sales strategies, including cold calling, networking, and digital outreach.
Client Engagement: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their compliance needs and offering tailored solutions.
Market Research: Stay ahead of industry trends, conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth areas.
Proposal Development: Create compelling proposals and presentations that showcase the value of our services.
Sales Targets: Set and achieve ambitious sales targets through strategic planning and consistent follow-ups.
Collaboration: Work closely with our marketing and compliance teams to develop and execute sales campaigns.
Qualifications:
Educational Background: Recent B.Com graduates are encouraged to apply.
Industry Experience: Experience in banking or the compliance industry is a plus.
Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Sales Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a proven track record.
Proactive Attitude: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Tech-Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
