Job Description
We are seeking candidates with 2+ years of experience in Marketing and Business Development Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing plans to promote brands in the Indian market
Brand Awareness: Enhance Morulaa’s presence through online and offline marketing campaigns.
Content Creation: Create engaging content for digital marketing, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Lead Generation & Nurturing: Identify potential customers and nurture leads through targeted marketing efforts. Responding, follow-up and handling emails to these leads and ensure closure.
Event & Trade Show Participation: Organize and participate in medical conferences, exhibitions, and other industry events.
Digital Marketing & Social Media Management: Manage SEO, social media, and email campaigns to drive brand engagement.
Collaboration with Sales & Regulatory Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.
Reporting & Performance Analysis: Track and report key performance metrics of marketing campaigns. Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 3+ years of experience in medical device marketing or healthcare-related marketing.
Education: Bachelor’s/Diploma/Master’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, Marketing, or a related field.
Creativity & Innovation: Ability to develop unique marketing strategies and campaigns.
Communication & Presentation: Strong verbal and written communication skills for presentations and client interactions.
Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyze market data and derive actionable insights.
Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of digital marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office.
Adaptability: Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic environment.
