Job Title: Dealer Development Executive – Li-ion Battery

We are seeking a driven and enthusiastic Dealer Development Executive to join our growing clean energy team in Varanasi. You will play a key role in expanding our dealer and distribution network, driving Li-ion battery sales, and increasing market presence across the region. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and onboard new dealers, distributors, and franchise partners in and around Varanasi.
Build long-term relationships to enhance sales growth and market penetration.
Train partners on product features, pricing models, and sales techniques.
Monitor and support dealer performance to ensure consistent achievement of sales targets.
Collect and report market intelligence, including competitor activities and customer insights.
Ensure smooth stock availability and effective use of sales support tools.
What We’re Looking For:
2–5 years of experience in dealer/channel sales or business development.
Experience in the battery, EV, or clean energy industry is highly preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, with a willingness to travel extensively across Varanasi and nearby districts.
