We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Real Estate Telesales Representative to join our growing team. This role involves engaging with potential clients over the phone to sell real estate properties, gather customer information, and help them with their property search needs. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales, exceptional communication skills, and a strong interest in the real estate industry.
Lead Generation and Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential buyers or investors through cold calling and follow-up calls.
Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of available properties, including location, pricing, and features, in order to provide accurate and comprehensive information to clients.
Sales Calls: Conduct outbound sales calls to generate interest in real estate listings and convert inquiries into sales leads.
Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns effectively.
Scheduling and Coordination: Arrange property viewings and consultations for clients with the sales team or agents.
CRM Management: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and sales progress in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
Negotiation and Closing: Assist in negotiations, handle objections, and close sales to meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Experience: Proven experience in telesales or telemarketing
Skills:
Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
