Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a B2B sales and environment, primarily through calling and virtual engagement. This role involves reaching out to Domestic clients, building relationships, and driving sales growth across global markets.
Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Proactively reach out to potential Domestic clients through cold calling, email, and virtual meetings to generate leads and close sales.
Market Research: Conduct thorough research on target markets, competitors, and potential customers to identify new sales opportunities.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by closing sales with new and existing clients.
Client Onboarding and Support: Guide new clients through the onboarding process and provide support as needed to ensure smooth implementation of products/services.
Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies, share insights, and optimize sales performance.
Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activity, client interactions, and target achievement.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in a sales role, with a strong focus on outbound calling
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to effectively engage clients over the phone and in virtual meetings.
Strong understanding of sales techniques, including cold calling, lead qualification, and relationship management.
A self-motivated individual with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to research and understand industry trends, and customer needs.
