Job Title: Business Development Executive – Enterprise Sales
Location: Gurugram, Haryana

Experience: 1-2 years
Salary: 20k – 25k per month
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Execution:
• Develop and execute strategic plans to target enterprise-level clients.
• Identify business opportunities and drive the entire sales cycle—from lead generation to closing deals.
• Build customized solutions and proposals to address client-specific needs.
2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building:
• Develop and nurture relationships with decision-makers at enterprise-level organizations.
• Schedule meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our solutions.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional customer service.
3. Revenue Generation:
• Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing high-value deals.
• Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and track all opportunities to completion.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
4. Market Research and Insights:
• Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the enterprise sector.
• Monitor competitors and adapt sales strategies to stay ahead.
5. Negotiation and Closing:
• Conduct detailed discussions and negotiations with clients to finalize contracts.
• Secure long-term agreements and partnerships that align with the company’s growth objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Minimum Graduate in any discipline.
• Proven ability to close sales and generate revenue in a B2B environment.
• Strong understanding of IT hardware, networking, and surveillance solutions (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
