About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive with 1 2 years of hands-on experience in financial services. If you excel at devising strategies, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets, we want to hear from you! Your expertise in Business Loans, Loan against Property (LAP), Lease Rental Discounting (LRD), Agri Loans, Construction Finance, Trade Finance, Textile Funding, Logistics Finance, or other financial products will be a key asset.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition & Lead Generation: Identify and acquire potential clients within the target market. Proactively reach out to businesses and individuals to understand their financing needs. Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
Product Knowledge & Sales: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of various financial products, including Business Loans, LAP, LRD, Agri Loans, Construction Finance, Textile Funding, and Logistics Finance. Present tailored financial solutions to clients, emphasizing benefits and value. Customize loan offerings to meet clients' unique financial needs.
Loan Application & Processing: Guide clients through the loan application process, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth processing, approval, and disbursement of loans.
Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all financial transactions and activities adhere to regulatory and compliance standards. Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long term client relationships. Provide exceptional post-sales support, addressing client queries and concerns. Encourage repeat business and referrals through excellent service and follow-ups.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in financial services. Strong understanding of Business Loans, LAP, LRD, Agri Loans, and other financial products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
