Job Overview: As a Sales Person in our Import and Export Company, you will be responsible for generating sales and maintaining relationships with clients in order to increase revenue and profitability. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, negotiating deals with existing and new clients, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: • Develop new business opportunities by prospecting and qualifying potential clients. • Build and maintain a strong customer base through effective relationship management. • Responsible for all sales activities and achieving sales targets. • Prepare and deliver sales presentations to clients and prospects. • Actively seek out and follow up on leads generated by marketing efforts. • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth in the industry. • Ensure customer expectations are met by identifying needs and recommending solutions. • Provide feedback to management on customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities. • Collaborate with other departments within the company to ensure successful delivery of products. • Qualifications and Experience: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales or related field. • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the Import and Export industry. • Excellent communication and negotiation skills. • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills. • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals. • Experience with Microsoft Office and CRM/Salesforce software. • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively. • Willingness to travel as required
