JOB DESCRIPTION
Email Handling refers to the systematic management and processing of incoming and outgoing emails. This involves a range of tasks, including sorting, prioritizing, and responding to emails in a timely manner. Effective email handling is essential for maintaining clear communication, ensuring that important messages are addressed promptly, and keeping an organized workflow.
- Organizing emails into relevant folders or categories to ensure that messages are easy to find and access
- Identifying emails and addressing them first while managing less critical messages efficiently. Crafting clear, concise, and professional responses to inquiries and requests.
- Tracking and managing responses that require further action or follow-up.
- Setting up rules and filters to automatically sort, label, or direct emails based on specific criteria, reducing manual effort.
- Strong command over advanced excel and Word & having good communication skills in the mail
- Shall be able to use various given tools to explore new markets using internet
- Shall be responsible for all import-exports day to day coordination.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Knowledge of import-export documentation and related processes
- Knowledge of International Logistics management with shipping lines
- Strong command over advanced excel and Word & having good communication skills in the mail
- Fluent in English: reading & writing
- Quick learner & open to exploring new things with a strong ability of multitasking
- Strong Logical thinking
