Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Business Development (Institutional Sales) to lead and drive millet sales through institutional partnerships. The ideal candidate should have excellent presentation skills, the ability to lead a sales team, and a strategic approach to business development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.

• Develop and deliver persuasive presentations to social groups and institutions to promote millet sales.

• Identify, engage, and build strong relationships with institutional clients and key stakeholders.

• Drive strategic business development initiatives to expand the company's reach in the institutional market.

• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of sales strategies.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in business development or institutional sales.

• Strong presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.

• Experience in team leadership and sales strategy development.

• Comfortable working from Dwarka, Delhi.

• Self-motivated, result-driven, and capable of handling negotiations effectively.
