We are looking for a Business Development Manager who thrives in a fast-paced digital marketing environment. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in client acquisition, nurturing leads, and driving strategic partnerships. Your mission will be to grow TvaritX’s client base across sectors by pitching our unique service stack and ensuring high client retention.
Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities in line with the company’s growth goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and current clients
Present TvaritX's digital services (Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, Social Media Marketing, etc.) with a value-driven approach
Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure client satisfaction and project alignment
Conduct competitive analysis and market research to refine strategies
Maintain a robust pipeline using CRM tools and provide regular performance reports to leadership
Attend industry networking events, webinars, and summits to create new opportunities
2-5 years of experience in business development, preferably in digital marketing, media, or advertising
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Ability to understand and explain technical marketing services in simple terms
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving client growth
Self-starter attitude with strong time management and organizational abilities
Familiarity with tools like HubSpot, Zoho CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
