Job Description: The Growth & Development Manager will focus on enhancing business productivity and overseeing the corporate aspects of ambulance services at all assigned hospitals.
Position Overview:
The Growth & Development Manager for Hospital Business is responsible for driving the strategic growth initiatives, enhancing business productivity, and managing the corporate aspects of ambulance services across all assigned hospitals.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Planning:
A. Develop and implement growth strategies to expand hospital services and market reach.
B. Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to enhance hospital operations.
2. Business Productivity:
A. Monitor and improve the productivity of hospital operations.
B. Implement best practices and process improvements to optimize efficiency.
C. Analyze financial performance and develop strategies to achieve business goals.
3. Corporate Oversight:
A. Manage the corporate aspects of ambulance services, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
B. Oversee contract negotiations and maintain relationships with service providers.
C. Ensure high-quality service delivery and patient care in ambulance operations.
4. Team Leadership:
A. Lead and mentor a team of professionals to achieve growth objectives.
B. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
5. Market Analysis:
A. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
B. Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on market analysis.
6. Stakeholder Engagement:
A. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive strategic initiatives.
B. Communicate effectively with hospital executives, vertical heads, and other key stakeholders.
Additional Information:
A. This position may require travel between hospital locations.
B. The Growth & Development Manager will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer.
