� Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Identify and develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
✔️ Drive lead generation and client acquisition efforts
✔️ Build strong relationships with HNIs, channel partners, and corporate clients
✔️ Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities
✔️ Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute business plans

✔️ Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets
What We’re Looking For:
✅ 3–6 years of experience in business development, preferably in real estate or related sectors
✅ Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
✅ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets
✅ Ability to think strategically and drive execution
