Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Business Development Manager to drive sales and expand our market presence in the IT hardware industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of business development, client acquisition, and relationship management. Key Responsibilities:
● Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT hardware sector.
● Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
● Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and industry research.
● Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and customer needs.
● Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
● Collaborate with the technical team to offer customized hardware solutions.
● Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals.
● Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
● Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
● Experience: 5 to 15 years in business development within the IT hardware industry.
● Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field preferred.
● Strong knowledge of IT hardware products, solutions, and market trends.
● Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
● Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
● Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales tracking software.
● Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
