EXPERIENCE Duties you'll be entrusted with:
❖ Lead Generation and Prospecting:
○ Identify and qualify potential clients in B2B industries.
○ Utilize tools like LinkedIn, email campaigns, and cold calling to build a robust pipeline.
❖ Sales Strategy and Execution:
○ Take multiple demos to showcase Redrob’s features and value propositions.
○ Achieve monthly/quarterly sales quotas consistently.
○ Customize solutions based on client requirements and pain points
❖ End-to-End Sales Management:
○ Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to closure.
○ Negotiate pricing and close deals with clients to meet revenue targets.
○ Work closely with the product team to align sales strategies with market demands and client feedback
❖ Relationship Management:
○ Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
○ Provide exceptional post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
❖ Collaboration and Reporting:
○ Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with campaigns.
○ Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular updates on pipeline progress and revenue forecasts.
Expectations from you: Basic Requirements
❖ Minimum Experience: 1 Year in B2B Saas end-to-end Sales.
❖ Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
❖ Strong communication and negotiation skills.
❖ Ability to conduct engaging product demonstrations and build rapport with clients.
❖ Experience with Database / CRM tools like Apollo, Lusha, Zoominfo.
❖ Industry - SaaS preferred / Software.
❖ Cold Calling.
❖ Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and a team player.
