We are looking for a results-driven Business Development Manager to join Hazelnut Cyborg Infra Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
in Gurgaon, Sector 48 Gurgaon. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹42000 - ₹50000 along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Generation & Revenue Growth:
1. Drive sales and revenue for Google and Microsoft products by identifying,
prospecting, and closing new business opportunities.
2.Develop and manage a pipeline of qualified leads and accounts, ensuring
consistent sales performance and achievement of targets. o Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
Account Management:
1. Establish and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients,
including enterprise and mid-market customers.
2. Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their business
needs and aligning Google and Microsoft solutions to meet those needs. o Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and
retention.
Product Expertise & Solution Selling:
3.Develop a deep understanding of Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, Azure, and
related enterprise products to offer tailored solutions that address client pain
points.
4. Deliver effective product presentations and demonstrations to clients, clearly
articulating the benefits and value propositions.
5. Work with technical teams to design and propose customized solutions that
address client-specific challenges
Sales Strategy & Planning:
1. Work closely with management to develop and execute strategic sales plans
to expand market share and client base.
2. Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor offerings to
identify new opportunities.
3. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop campaigns and initiatives
aimed at driving lead generation and sales conversion.
Negotiation & Closing:
1. Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients, ensuring favorable
terms for both the client and the company.
2. Close sales and manage the entire sales cycle from initial prospecting to post-
sale follow-up.
3. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and contracts in alignment with
company standards.
Sales Reporting & Forecasting:
Provide regular updates and detailed sales reports to senior management,
tracking sales progress, revenue forecasts, and key performance metrics. o Use CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) to manage sales activities, track
opportunities, and ensure accurate reporting of all sales data.
Job Requirements:
Education:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (relevant
certifications in Google Cloud, Microsoft, etc., are a plus).
Experience:
1. Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically selling Google
and Microsoft products (Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, Azure, etc.).
2.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas and driving
revenue growth.
3.Experience managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing large, complex deals.
Skills & Competencies:
1. Strong understanding of Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, Azure, and other
related products.
2.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
3.Ability to engage with senior-level decision-makers and influencers to drive
sales.
4.Solution-oriented sales approach, with the ability to understand client needs
and tailor solutions accordingly.
5.Ability to manage time effectively, handle multiple accounts, and meet
deadlines.
6.Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and proficiency in
using sales tools for pipeline management and reporting.
