Job Title: Business Development Manager
Location: Dewas Naka, Indore
Salary: ₹10,000 - ₹40,000 per month (Based on Experience)
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales: Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and inbound leads.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and offering tailored social media marketing solutions.
Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals and presentations to prospective clients.
Market Research: Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competition, and client needs.
Achieving Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by acquiring new clients and expanding the company's presence in the market.
Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and creative teams to ensure smooth project delivery and customer satisfaction.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales progress, and performance metrics.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related field (Experience in social media marketing or digital marketing is a plus).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
Good understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
