We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our interior design company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, client handling, and business growth in the design or real estate sector. You will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and increasing revenue.
Identify and generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, cold calling, and online platforms.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients including homeowners, builders, architects, and real estate developers.
Pitch interior design services to prospective clients, understand their requirements, and provide tailored solutions.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals.
Collaborate with design and execution teams to ensure timely project delivery and client satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall company growth.
Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking meets to promote the brand.
Maintain CRM data, track leads, and provide regular sales reports to management.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field.
2–6 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in the interior design, architecture, or real estate sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong networking abilities and a client-centric approach.
Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
