Role Overview:
We are seeking experienced professionals for the roles of Business Development Manager, Team Leader, and Senior Manager.
The ideal candidate will come from a Real Estate, Banking, or Insurance background and must have strong team handling and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, manage, and mentor a team of business development executives.
- Develop and implement strategies for customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Drive the team to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong client relationships.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and training sessions.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Candidate Requirements:
- Minimum 3–10 years of experience in Real Estate, Banking, or Insurance sectors.
- Strong team management and leadership skills are mandatory.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
