1. Client Communication:
Act as main client contact; provide updates and support.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Schedule and manage meetings and communications.
2. Project Management Support:
Assist in planning and tracking project progress.
Coordinate with internal teams to meet client needs.
Document requirements, feedback, and approvals.
3. Client Onboarding:
Guide new clients through onboarding process.
Set up accounts and provide necessary tools/info.
4. Problem Resolution:
Identify and address potential issues proactively.
Resolve client concerns promptly and professionally.
5. Reporting & Analytics:
Provide project status reports to clients and teams.
Analyze feedback for performance improvements.
6. Administrative Support:
Maintain records and documentation.
Help prepare proposals, contracts, and materials.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in the outsourcing or BPO industry will be an advantage.
Knowledge of market research and competitor analysis.
