· Lead a 50+ member team to drive sales for secured (Home Loan, LAP) and unsecured (Personal Loan, Business Loan) products.
· Motivate and coach the team to generate leads and manage the full sales cycle from login to disbursal.
· Ensure team has strong product knowledge and sales skills.
