The Counsellorwill play a crucial role in guiding and supporting candidates through the training and placement process. Your responsibilities will include candidate walk-in management, counselling candidates about our institute and available job roles, conducting psychometric analysis, registering candidates on the Foreign Job Portal, enrolling candidates in training programs, and providing counselling support to rejected candidates. This position requires excellent interpersonal, communication, and counselling skills.

Requirements
a) Bachelor's degree in psychology, counselling, or a related field.
b) Proven experience as a Counsellor or in a similar role, preferably in the training and placement industry.
c) Strong counselling skills with the ability to establish rapport and provide support to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
d) Knowledge of psychometric assessment tools and their application in career counselling.
e) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and empathize with candidates' concerns.
f) Ability to guide individuals in decision-making processes and provide career-related advice.
g) Familiarity with registration processes on online job portals.
h) Proficiency in MS Office applications and ability to maintain accurate records.
