Responsibilities:
Counselling of new students
Establish contact, call and meet prospective students
Be the first point of contact for all sales-related queries and communication
Explain course details to students/parents
Provide guidance to students and parents on career decisions
Prepare and maintain a master database of all prospects and their contacts
Responsible for day-to-day activities of Centre, coordinating lectures between trainers and students.
Requirements:
Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
Charismatic, competitive and enthusiastic personality with negotiation skills
Excellent interpersonal and customer-facing skills
Other Requirements:
Tech-savvy, agile, proactive, and eager-to-learn attitude
The logical, solution-oriented mindset with good analytical ability
