Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Sales & Partner Management
Identify, onboard, and manage channel partners to enhance sales and market reach.
Develop and implement strategies to strengthen relationships with channel partners.
Monitor channel partners' performance and provide necessary support to maximize sales.
2. Lead Generation & Conversion
Identify potential clients and channel partners through various lead generation techniques.
Nurture leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
3. Distribution & Inventory Management
Oversee the distribution network to ensure smooth supply chain operations.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and inventory availability.
4. Client Handling & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
Ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing timely solutions.
5. Marketing & Sales Support
Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement promotional campaigns.
Provide sales support to channel partners by offering product knowledge and training.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track and analyze sales performance and provide regular reports to the management.
Recommend corrective actions to improve sales outcomes and address gaps.
7. Problem Resolution
Identify and resolve operational and client-related issues effectively.
Ensure quick resolution of conflicts and challenges within the distribution network.
