We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented Client Relationship Manager to manage and strengthen relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, foster long-term partnerships, and identify opportunities for growth.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships
Understand client needs and ensure successful delivery of our solutions
Handle client communications, feedback, and escalations effectively
Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, support) to ensure client success
Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling services
Prepare regular reports on client activity, satisfaction, and outcomes
Proven experience as a Client Relationship Manager or similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities
Comfortable using CRM tools and reporting software
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
