Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online chat.
Deliver excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Achieve and surpass sales goals by effectively promoting and selling a range of banking products, such as loans, credit cards, and savings accounts.
Proactively identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products and enhance the overall customer experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and records.
Communicate effectively with customers in English and at least one additional language (Hindi, Kannada, or Tamil).
Provide personalized financial advice and solutions tailored to meet the specific needs of individual customers.
Key Skills:
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal), with Hindi, Kannada, Tamil as a plus
Customer-focused, problem-solver
Banking/finance knowledge preferred
