The Product Executive supports the planning, development, and implementation of marketing strategies to promote pharmaceutical products. They play a key role in brand management, product launches, promotional activities, and market analysis to help drive business growth.
Product Management Support: Assist the Product Manager in developing marketing plans, promotional materials, and strategies for assigned brands.
Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights and recommendations.
Sales Support: Develop sales tools, training materials, and promotional content to support the sales force.
Campaign Execution: Coordinate and execute marketing campaigns, product launches, CMEs (Continuing Medical Education), webinars, and conferences.
Internal Coordination: Work closely with the sales team, regulatory, medical, and supply chain departments to ensure timely product availability and promotional initiatives.
Field Visits: Regularly accompany sales teams to gather customer feedback and ensure the effective execution of marketing strategies.
Brand Building: Enhance brand visibility and reputation among healthcare professionals.
Budget Management: Assist in managing the marketing budget and track ROI of campaigns.
Reporting: Prepare reports on brand performance, market feedback, and sales force effectiveness.
Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, or related field (MBA in Marketing is an advantage).
0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical marketing or a related area.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Creativity with the ability to develop new ideas for product promotion.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team.
Office-based role with occasional field travel (doctor visits, sales meetings, conferences).
Interaction with internal teams and external stakeholders like healthcare professionals, advertising agencies, and event organizers.
