Must be familiar with counselling students for UK/CAN/USA/AUS/EUROPE
o Should be able to communicate about the visa application process, benefits of studying in the respective country & further extension prospects
o Locate the right course/college options for the student according to their eligibility and budget
o Follow up with clients and students after inquiry until the time it gets closed & record & maintain information of all correspondence
o Analyze each case to figure out loopholes in the candidate’s profile and address it with the best possible remedies
o Prioritize workload as per requirement and should be able to work with strict deadlines
o Ensure accuracy when assisting with the coordination, issuance, and handling of visas.
o Keep up to date with current visa rules and regulations.
o Organize and manage documents and other paperwork in an organized manner.
o Should be able to meet monthly target.
o Follow up on potential leads generated by the marketing team and maintain excel spreadsheet
o Any added responsibility assigned by Superiors to enhance the ability & work flow
o You will use excellent customer service skills and professionalism throughout your daily interactions and communications with students including interviews, phone calls, emails and information sessions.
