We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to join our electronics retail team. This role involves handling customer queries, coordinating with sales and service departments, managing order updates, and ensuring a smooth post-sales experience for customers.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and in-store queries related to electronic products, services, and orders.
Assist customers with product information, availability, pricing, and warranty queries.
Coordinate with the sales team to confirm stock status and product deliveries.
Liaise with the logistics team for dispatch updates, tracking, and timely delivery.
Support customers with installation, demo requests, and after-sales service bookings.
Manage order follow-ups, exchanges, complaints, and product return processes.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the system.
Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department for faster resolution.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Prepare daily reports on customer service metrics and feedback.
Keep updated on product knowledge, offers, and new arrivals.
