Shift Timing:
Rotational shift for male candidates
Day shift for female candidates
Interview Mode: F2F only
Key Responsibilities:
Handling customer inquiries and providing solutions via phone, email, and chat.
Resolving customer complaints and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Maintaining a high level of professionalism and positive communication with customers.
Updating customer information and documentation in the system.
Meeting performance goals and targets as set by the team manager.
Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 1 year in customer service.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Shift Availability: Must be flexible for rotational shifts (for male candidates) or day shifts (for female candidates).
Location: Willingness to work in Sector 18, Gurgaon.
Documents: Candidates should be ready to provide necessary documents for verification.
